Survey ownership, results, shared content and pending financial matters are reviewed before determining the effect: [approved procedures].
Retention and exceptions
Where a legal obligation, dispute or other valid ground requires retaining a category, explain its scope, ground and retention period or ending criterion: [approved details].
Describe handling of storage-provider files, backups and data shared with other parties: [verified procedures].
Review and status
The user receives the request status, outcome or reason for not completing part of it through [approved notification channel]. Complete processing, cancellation and appeal rules after approval; this draft sets no fixed timeframes.
